Yes. It’s classified as non-hazardous under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 and won’t harm vegetation, soil bacteria, or soil organisms. As with any turf treatment, tell customers to stay off the lawn until it’s dry. Applicators may notice a tacky feel from overspray on boots or hands — that’s normal and not hazardous.

No. The concentrate has a slight amber color, but once mixed with water it’s virtually clear. It’s been sold for more than 15 years with tens of thousands of gallons applied, and has never caused staining on concrete of any type.

Soil doesn’t change overnight. The first signs — low spots draining faster, bare areas filling back in — usually appear in the worst spots within 30–60 days. Overall lawn health improves over the following year.

The biggest gains come the second year and beyond. Each application starts from healthier soil than the last, so SoilTech works better every year it’s applied.

Nothing dramatic — no chewed-up turf, no plugs on the ground. Like any normal liquid treatment, there’s no immediate change in appearance. If a visible result matters to the customer, a marking dye or iron amendment can be added for a quick pop of color.

For compaction, yes. SoilTech does much of what gypsum and calcium do and more — the main difference is speed and completeness. Gypsum and calcium products take a long time to break down before the soil can use them; SoilTech works faster and reduces compaction more completely.

One application improves compacted soil but won’t erase it completely — and most of the causes of compaction, like foot traffic, don’t go away. Yearly applications push compaction relief deeper into the profile and keep it there.

No. SoilTech won’t harm any plant material. It stays in the soil and isn’t absorbed by plant roots or tissue.

Any liquid spray system — from a hand-can to a hose-end sprayer to a fertigation system — without harming any components. Mix the desired amount of SoilTech with 50–200 gallons of carrier water per acre; more water accelerates how fast the product works.

A light watering-in helps move the product off the vegetation and into the soil, but it isn’t strictly required — SoilTech won’t volatilize in hot conditions. Avoid heavy irrigation or rain right after application, which can wash it off before it reaches the soil.
